About Me

My photo
The Futurista
If someone would have asked me what my goal was in life a few years ago my answer would have been: “I just want to enjoy life. I want to be happy!” A pretty common answer among most people I would assume. I was under the impression that “being happy” was pretty much the point with life. I liked happiness so much that I even started a blog about it! The only problem with making happiness my main goal was that it ended up failing to give me a few things I wanted; contentment, peace, meaning, freedom and lasting joy. My search for happiness eventually led me to God, the maker of life. I thought I already knew everything I needed to know about God, but it turned out I hardly even knew the basics. As I started exploring God closer I was very surprised to find the things I had been looking for elsewhere; lasting joy, peace, freedom, contentment and meaning.
